Senior Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Assess feasibility, manufacturability, quality, and processes for energy storage/lithium battery pack structures per customer requirements and provide technical documentation.
2. Design structural components using various materials and processes; create design specs, BOMs, drawings, and technical standards; prepare material approval and inspection documents.
3. Guide prototype/sample builds, trial production, review, verification, and mass production; optimize designs for feasibility and accuracy.
4. Manage development projects, coordinating progress, quality, and cost while controlling risks.
5. Liaise with customers to clarify requirements, confirm drawings, resolve product issues, and establish control standards.
6. Complete other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. ≥3 years of PACK design experience; knowledge of ternary lithium/LFP cells and battery pack structures.
3. Proficient in CAD, PRO-E, or similar; experience in lithium battery/energy storage design preferred.
4. Responsible, collaborative, and innovative.

Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities:
1. Upon joining the company, learn about its corporate culture, lithium battery products, and basic processes (1-3 months).
2. Position assignment will be based on learning performance, results, personality, and career interests. Possible roles include: Structural Engineer, Quality Engineer, Purchasing Engineer, Sales Engineer, and International Trade Salesperson.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Electrical Engineering, English, International Trade, or related fields;
2. Ability to accept the company's training model and follow work arrangements;
3. Strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Procurement Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for price comparison and contract signing for procured materials, entry and maintenance of purchase orders, and issuance of purchase orders;
2. Handling and controlling the delivery time of procured materials, order invoices, payments, and handling of abnormal quality, returns, and claims;
3. Maintaining and updating the supplier database, maintaining relationships with existing suppliers, and investigating, analyzing, and developing new suppliers;
4. Continuously optimizing the procurement process, drafting project reports, controlling costs, and controlling the procurement cycle;
5. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, any major, with at least 2 years of experience in lithium battery procurement;
2. Proficient in negotiation skills, strictly adhering to procurement regulations, and familiar with relevant contract law knowledge;
3. Able to withstand certain pressure and possess strong self-regulation abilities;
4. Familiarity with household power supplies, digital batteries, and related products is preferred.

Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with the company and product authorities regarding ISO certification and product certification matters, based on company and product requirements.
2. Inspect raw materials and OEM finished products for lithium battery packs to ensure incoming material qualification rate.
3. Handle raw material and product quality anomalies, including testing and analysis.
4. Track the quality of shipped products; promptly handle customer complaints and issue 8D reports.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, majoring in chemical materials, mechanical design, or related fields.
2. Familiar with lithium battery pack product quality control and the ISO9001 quality management system.
3. Familiar with the seven quality tools and the application of other basic quality tools.
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, with experience operating the Kingdee K3 system.
5. Strong sense of responsibility and hardworking.
